Online Support Vector Regression Based Adaptive NARMA-L2 Controller for Nonlinear Systems

NARMA model is a simple and effective way to represent nonlinear systems, based on the model, NARMA-L2 controller designed has been successfully applied in literature. Success of directly related precision with which controlled systems’ dynamics can be estimated. In this paper, online SVR utilized obtain plant’s subdynamics consequently information used construction controller. Hence functionality controllers high generalization capability are combined. Also, formulates convex optimization problem therefore guarantees global optimum solution. The proposed method assessed by performing simulations CSTR system, robustness also tested under noisy uncertainty conditions.
